《婚後五年》講述的是一個挽救婚姻危機的故事。羅鋼在其中飾演事業平步青雲，但卻飽受富家千金妻子的無理猜疑和糾纏，最終愛上了善良的舞蹈老師，舞蹈老師卻為救自己的妻子意外離世……

　　不少觀眾反映《婚後五年》雖然是婚姻情感劇，卻可與偶像劇相媲美，羅鋼在其中的表現非常具有男人魅力、很有中年偶像的氣質。特別是該劇的結尾走向悲劇，更讓人對他心生憐惜。雖然羅鋼、陳虹池、周悅並不是很有名氣的大腕演員，但他們在劇中的精彩表現卻恰恰說明了他們是最合適的演員。也許明星更容易讓人感覺是在演戲，而他們則讓觀眾看到是在做自己。
