美味園老板石參加廚神比賽敗給好友山，從此銷聲匿跡，剩下共妻圓圓及女兒蘇蘇勉力支撐“美味園”。另方麵，大廚高為了與廚神一較高下，多年來明查暗訪其下落，卻反被記者津津誤會他是廚神，終日貼身跟蹤。高與女友嘉嘉分手後，竟與津津墮入愛河。

蘇蘇廚藝未精，令生意一落千丈，圓圓無奈出售股份，怎料大股東竟是化名吉的山！吉以精湛的烹調技術，重振“美味園”聲威，並嚴格訓練蘇蘇。蘇蘇心有不甘，處處針鋒相對，二人頓成鬥氣冤家。其後自稱是吉妻的爽爽突然出現，與蘇蘇及吉展開一段三角關係。
圓圓重遇石，卻發現石已失憶。究竟吉能否助石恢複記憶？高又能否超越吉，奪得廚神之位？
