EB1a RFE

I just got EB1a RFE last week. The immigration officer ask me to provide additional evidence for the following claimed criterias:

(1)I received the National Second Award for Science and Technology Advancement from the State Science and Technology Commission in China in 1995.
RFE notice:
Regarding the 1995 award (No. 942664), please additional evidence from the issuing Commission establishing facts about the award ( i.e. number of individuals recognized, number of awards issued, award criteria, etc.) and its significance in the field in China.
Question: As you know that it\'s impossible to obtain such document from State Science and Technology Commission in China. How can i provide such evidence?

(2)One of my research work has published in BBC web site and other several UK main newspapers, but the article didn\'t mention my name, just mentioned my UK boss name or
My boss\'s team. My boss also have a patent using my work, all the pictures in the Patent are from my PHD dissertation.

RFE notice:
the claimed published materials in the main are not about you;

My boss felt not comfortable to mention media report in his reference letter, but he did mention that i was the key scientist who did that work, i have also got my first author paper to back up this evience. How can i claim that?

Please help to answer my question!!
