美國國務院3月14日公布了08年4月份職業移民綠卡簽證排期；這個排期使得印度EB-2 排期得到了明顯的前進，相對於此，中國大陸出生申請人的排期日期卻幾乎沒有大的變化；國務院這樣的的做法，是毫無道理和充滿歧視性的，犧牲和侵害了中國大陸出生申請人應有的權益；
