Posibilities

Time is always not enough. Sent 2 guys trying out stuff. Run into P in the office. Told him I am starting his job. Looks like he's happy that we are there. - add points.Waiting for the rain to come. Hopefully this weekend. So that I can still work on outside this Friday - little one learnt to sing 'rain rain go away'B wants to put more guys on job. Well, I rather having one guy and have the stuff done perfect. But I sent my 2 guys to him tomorrow and see whether it helps. I really don't want him to have the excuse of 'it's your guys who did the job. If the job is not up to standard, it's your guys' fault.' Well, I always ended up finishing the job myself. Either they are not capable (over estimated themselves), or I am too picky. - Guess not really my fault. They can't even read the plans. - well, plans are indeed complicated, I had spent numerous times reading them, and still finding new things each day.C begins to get more big jobs. He also starts more business. Good for him. I don't know whether he has enough manpower to help his growth. But if he's confident, he should be able to do it.Super introduced me to architect. Will be good experience to get involve with high end designer job. - Will be nice to look at.Always wanted to go back to design class. But don't have time now. Don't even have time to finish up AP classes.Busy is good. Hope I can handle things well.
