簡單易做的巧克力蛋糕

可供12人

 不用分蛋,不用機器,是我做過最簡單易做濕潤好吃的蛋糕了!

材料:

幹料: 2/3 杯 可可粉(cocoa), 2 1/4 杯 麵粉,2 杯 白糖, 1 1/2 小勺( teaspoons)泡打粉小蘇打( baking powder), 1 1/2  小勺(teaspoons)小蘇打( baking soda), 3/4 小勺鹽( teaspoon),1 1/2 小勺(teaspoons)速溶咖啡( instant coffee )

濕料:1 1/2 杯 橙汁或水( orange juice or water), 3 個雞蛋(eggs ),1 1/4 杯油(oil)

 

做法:

1 食品加工器(方子說Steel Knife,指Food Processor 吧):  將所有幹料放入食品加工器的容器中,攪拌10秒。

2 然後加入橙汁和雞蛋。開始攪拌,機器還在運行時加入油。攪拌約45秒。 不要攪拌過度。

3 將麵糊倒入抹好油的10-inch tube pan or 12 cup Bundt pan。預熱烤箱至350 度(華氏 F),烤約55到60分鍾。冷卻20分鍾後脫盤。放入冰箱冷凍保存即可(可能量大,放入冷凍室可保濕,隨吃隨切。另,冷凍的效果可能是為了讓蛋糕體收緊,好切)。

 7人份的配方如下(我就不翻譯了):

Material: 1 1/2 cups sugar,2 cups flour,1/2 cup cocoadash of salt,1 teaspoon Instant coffee,1 teaspoon baking powder,1 teaspoon baking soda,1 1/4 cups milk, orange juice or water,3 eggs,3/4 cup oil

 

Steel Knife:

1 Combine all dry ingredients in processor bowl. Process until blended, about 10 seconds.

2 Add milk and eggs. Start processor and add oil through feed tube while machine is running. Process batter for 45 seconds. Do not insert pusher in feed tube and do not overprocess.

3 Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 9 or 12 cup Bundt pan or 9-inch tube pan Bake at 325 degrees F for about 55 to 60 minutes, until cake tests done. Cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan. Ice with your favorite chocolate frosting.
