快急死了，請小白兔等指點: Tax treaty while 485 pending

I-485 ted 2005, still pending.

Last year, worked as F-1 OPT. My question is: can I still claim the $5000 tax treaty exemption for year 2006? Will that effect my 485 applition?

April 15 deadline is coming soon, 快急死了!
