Original photos by my friend XP were shot at low lighting with the setting sun over clouds/fog.
It was quickly discovered that they have serious noise problem.
Remove noises needs alot of work, without much hope of a satisfactory outcome (or happy ending if you prefer).
But another look at the photos shows if you take the noise as texture effect, then they show a 意境 that is something.
So I decided to go along with the noises, rather than fighting them. Sort of "if you can't move the mountain then..." approach.
The camera is Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50, and our friend "yn" here pointed out correctly that its noise-reduction isn't that great (but you can turn it down or off).
Well, it's a try, so let me know your comments and suggestions. Thanks in advice!
As with anything in art, there is no just one view/standard/style, so it's always worth trying something new, right?
Luckily I'm in science (so I don't have to guess/try too much at work) and use art for fun!
