棒棒雞--- (也可以叫雞絲拉皮,比原菜方多加了黃瓜絲,紅蘿卜絲)
雞脯肉洗淨蒸熟,用刀背拍一下,撕成細絲。將粉皮投入沸水鍋煮,撈出,加鹽,麻油拌勻。取一小碗,放入蔥花,薑,蒜泥,辣椒油,花椒粉,醬油,白糖,香醋,麻醬,鹽,花生碎,水拌勻成棒棒雞鹵,將雞絲均勻撒在粉皮上,澆上棒棒雞鹵即成 拌勻開吃菠菜雞蛋餅
菠菜切 成絲和雞蛋、麵粉加一點水混合成糊狀,在麵糊裏放少許鹽,五香粉。平底鍋燒熱,放少許玉米油,舀入麵糊,攤開,兩麵煎成金黃色即可。
