10/01/2010. Simon got his place finally settled, but we found out the former owner has left various problems.
10/08/2010 How we can close Ryan's house, it must be God's blessing. I know for sure, it is not because of my ability.
10/10/2010. I met the famous director wutianming. And drove all the people to Charleston to have fun.
10/13/2010. I finally recorded the judgement after 2 years. That should keep our lovely Derrick to remember me for 10 years since that is how long the judgement will stay in their credit.
10/14/2010. It is almost midnight. I finally finished my buddy's tax return. Why people love to push everything to the end?
10/14/2010. I am working all day for someone's tax return until midnight. exhausted. I have a very strange dream. I dreamed of learning stock 在看股票的走勢圖。
10/16/2010. Got the first listing in charleston area. that is a long drive. but it is great fun.
10/20/2010 Godfather is smart to negotiate another $350. He is a great negotiator. We had to extend two contracts due to the loans.
10/21/2010. Client tried to test our bottom line. We had to stand firm with our position. And the same person kept coming back to ask for more money. it is the end of a relationship. When I said, the end means the end.
10/22/2010 We actually closed the home. It is a miracle.

一大早，我的客戶說：我們的店被人破門而近，搶劫了
而後發現我的車胎爆了，
然後我的客戶B 打電話哭：小宇，我得了癌，有可能晚期，也許活不過6 個月了，
本來我的情緒不好，聽到她哭，我深深感恩，我還活著。
