Ask Xiao Bai Tu or someone who knows?

Is there any difference between The I140(EB3) received by Lawyer and Employer? The I140 uscis mailed to my Lawyer was returned to uscis. But my employer received the another I140. My lawyer said it doesn't matter to my 485 application using the employer's copy. Thanks.
