我的新房子要出租，（relocation賣不掉房子，先出租一年。）申請人告訴我他3-4 年前替朋友做銀行擔保，幫朋友還銀行的債導致他的信用很差。He said
As a result of the above the bank that my employer will guarantee our obligations under the lease 100% as part of our eventual relocation, providing this guarantee in writing attached to the lease. I will provide contacts at my employer as part of the application. That is mean 他現在工作的銀行替他擔保，附在LEASE 上? 他在一家銀行做Entertainment Workout Specialist一年，他老婆是大商場賣名牌化妝品的。不知這樣的人我敢不敢租給他們？他們是一家三口，女兒上7年級，還有一個狗。懇請給我把把關，第一次出租自己的住房，實在是沒有主義。多謝給我的建議。
