My I485 (LC EB2) has been pending for 10 months because of Name Check. I was laid off a couple of months ago. Today I got an offer contracted through a recruiting agent, but potentially I can be hired directly as permanent employee after several months. This position is same as my previous job and I really want to accept it.
(1) Do you think how much risk I will take if I accept this job but have not been hired to be permanent employee when INS process my case?
(2) Are you sure INS will contact my employer when they process my case?
(3) Can a position through a recruiting agent be count as a permanent job? or I have to find a permanent job?
I am worry abou this and need help. Your advice will be greatlly appreciated!
