first time going to Readiness Centre near by,Sept.6,2012

This morning I took baby to a Readiness Centre near by our home.

 

It was first time we went to a Readiness Centre. I should bring baby more often here, I am just being lazy.

 

It is a day care setting-like facility that parents can bring their pre-school kids to have some structured activities and hang out together.

 

A good place to go for the parents and babies.

 

We walked there, it took us about 25 minutes to get there, if we walked faster, we could get there within 15 minutes.It was not so far from home.

 

We got there quite late, the parents and small children were having reading time. Then it was outdoor free play time. We joined the group.

 

There were lots of outdoor toys to play with,the tricycles were popular and there were all kinds of different riding tools for kids.

 

My baby tried one of the mobile tool, I pushed here around.She was very happy. She looked like she was riding on it, actually I was pushing her.

 

It is a drop in center so we can join anytime. In the morning, it starts from 9 to 11:30am. In the afternoon, from 1pm to 3:30pm. It is open from Tuesday to Friday.

 

I think we will visit again.
