BBQ party at Marie Curtis Park to celebrate Jonas & Norman's bir

Roman and his family visited Canada, to greet them and celebrate Jonas and Norman's Birthday,we held a BBQ party at Marie Curtis Park.

 

There were Roman and his family, Vivian and her family, Jane and Jonas ,Jian hong and her son , later Meg's hubby and their older son dropped by for a while,we had totally 12 adults and 3 kids,1 toddler,2 babies.

 

What a merry party time for everone. For food, I made bean starch noodle and regular noodle cold dishes, Jane made a sliced potato cold dish,Jian hong made a sweet potato starch noodle cold dish.

 

For BBQ food, I prepard marinade beef ribs,burgers,three kinds of sausages,two different kinds of chicken wings,and sugar corns.

 

For fruit and veggie, there were cheeries,strawberries,blueberries,grapes,watermelon, peaches,plums,mini carrots,mini cucumbers,mini tomatoes etc.

 

Norman set up a big tent, Aaron set up a baby tent besides it,Aaron and Norman were the BBQ chef in charge of two portable BBQ stoves.

 

We ate,drank,talked,kids went to the water,baby cried and slept,everone was busy with something.

 

What a typical summer day to enjoy and relax.

 

Weather was perfact,not too hot and not too cold since it was raining in the morning.The air was so fresh after a rain.

 

At the end, we shared a birthday cake ,sang song to Birthday boys Jonas and Norman. Then shared a watermelon.

 

It was first time Aaron being the BBQ chef. He did well.

 

Aaron now has confidence for another BBQ party.Hurray, I love BBQ, I love hot summer days...
