fishes,fishes,a dinner with B&M to celebrate Canada Day,June 30,

After a dream day catching fishes at Lake Simcoe,B&M came to my home with fishes.

 

Ming caught them mostly,some caught by Bing although she spent most of the time watching the swallows feeding their babies and day dreaming lying on a beach chair,while watching the blue sky with white clouds under a willow tree shade.

 

Right away,Aaron cleaned the fishes after going to buy wines, and Bing cut her fingers while tried to help scraping the scales.

 

We had three basses we steamed them. Some small yellow perches , Ming spinkled seasoned flour and fried them to crispy.So yummy.

 

Also I cooked beef, beef ribs with daikon,a steamed lobster,and a veggie cold dish.

 

At the end, all the fried fished made by Ming all gone. It was the most delicious way to cook  yellow perches.

 

Tomorrow is Canada Day, we had a nice celebration for that! Hurray!
