My scarlet kafir lily 君子蘭 is blossoming May 15,2012

My scarlet kafir lily 君子蘭 is blossoming this spring unexpectly, she really gave us a big surprise.

 

It was from our friend Ying, she gave us the flowers a few years ago when it was still a small sprout. We put it in front of the bow window, the leaves are bigger and bigger, I love the green leaves but we didn't expect it will be blossoming one day.

 

It will bring good luck, Ying said when I told her this good news excitedly.
