Xmas Eve feast at home with Dejuan,Jane and Jonas Dec.24,2011

My baby should arrive these days but seems she is not in a hurry to come. Maybe she wants us to have a peaceful holiday season. So tonight we celebrated Xmas Eve at home with Aaron's classmate Dejuan, Jane and Jonas.

 

Three of us made food together, we had Mapo tofu, BBQ beef ribs,grilled chicken wings and legs,celery stired fried with smoked bacon, BBQ small potatoes, stired fried thin-sliced potatoes with chilli peppers,and some cold dishes like seasoned green bean starch noodles,seasoned You choi,cherry tomatoes,blueberries,hams,cucumbers and carrots etc.And I cooked a pot of Eight Treasures congee.

 

We enjoyed food, and good company. Jonas sang a Xmas song for us. He was great. And he also gave us a hand made Xmas card,Jane gave us a jade that can hang on the purse.Dejuan brought us a pot plant.

 

We had a good time celebrating 2011's Xmas Eve together. This year was special with us expecting the baby coming anytime.
