Xmas party of expectant mommy's class at community center Dec.12

This morning 11am me and Jane we went to the Xmas party of expectant mommy's class and feeding for two (two programs together held the party)at our community center. We had food, punch, fruit, chated with each other, played some fun games,danced, everyone enjoyed the party.We had a happy time together.

 

I loved the games we played, first when we sighed in, each participant was handed over a pin, we were told no matter how, don't mention BABY this word, if you said Baby out, you will lose your pin,that person will get your pin,whoever got the most of the pins, who would be the winner and won a prize.(later I was cheated several times but I managed to hold on and got two pins instead).

 

Then we needed to guess how many Jerry beans in the jar. The one that guessed the most close number would be the winner. I checked the Jerry beans jar, I guessed it should be 300, then I wrote down 300, Jane guessed 1000. (at the end of the party, I got the prize-a box of chocolate for it,since my guess was the closest one,the right number was 293,my guess was 300,huray).

 

We also played a fun game that all the participants in a circle, then we were required to answer a question or do some actions accordingly, whoever not met the requirements or did it wrong,who would be out,then the last one left would be the winner. For example, acted as one kind of animal, blow a whistle,one hand hold the other hand at the back,name at least six participants or staff's name etc.One by one,people was out, the one last to the end, got a big prize of a stuff toy and a box of chocolate. I didn't win this game.

 

In another game ,we were handed out two pages of the paper, each paper has 20 descriptions,you need to fill a name of participants or staff's to match each description, no repeating names, who got it done the first(filled all the blank) would be ther winner. e.g.find out someone was going to have a baby girl,(or boy),some one is the only child in the family,or someone likes cooking home,someone likes pizza etc. We needed to go around, talked with people, tried to fill all the blank as quick as possible. In this way, we got to know each other and staff, I thought it was a terrific,fun game.

 

Over two hours passed by without we noticing it, at the end, we ate a big Xmas cake, danced in a circle, ended the party in a happy atmosphere.

 

Saying seasonal greetings to each other and staff, we promised coming back after new year.It was really a happy Xmas party.
