mid-12weeks bleeding. please help. wait online

I'm in mid-12weeks of pregnancy. this morning there is little brown blood on my pad and when I went to the rest room and wipe, the fresh blood appears on the paper. am i possible losing my child? so worried and can't imagine if i lost my baby ;<(
