USA--Canada--USA

Hi, guys,

We got approval of immigrating to Canada. Due to the long time processing, we have also been planning to get US green cards by studying nursing. However, we have to land in Canada this summer. But we want to come back to the USA to continue nursing studying and try to get green cards.

We changed our J to F without living US. Therefore, the automatic revalidation doesn't apply to us. We have to apply for US F visa if we return from Canada. My question is:

Is the possibility of our F visa being turned down very high since our immigration intention to US is very strong?

By the way, we are Chinese living in the USA. We don't know what to do know. Any one applied to F visa from Canada? How bad the situation is?
