第一階段是10周：取總的前10名和每周的冠軍；
第二階段是3周

use closing price,

BH trading;
stocks have to > 0.5B market cap
one winner per week
No limit order,
no shorting,
no options,
no ETF,
no mutual fund
no margin buying
