當媽媽當的總是前怕狼後怕虎,加輔食後一會怕量加得少了,一會又怕喂過了;有時怕種類給得少,有時又怕吃得太雜。剛剛在網上搜來了一份九個月寶寶的參考食譜,估計一段時間內俺心裏有數啦。貼出來供寶寶差不多大的JM們參考。
Baby menu
This menu plan is suitable for babies of approximately nine months old
Breakfast
2 tablespoons baby muesli
1 slice toast with smear of yeast spread
Baby's milk (breast milk or formula)
Mid-morning
Piece of fruit (½ banana or quartered peeled apple)
Drink of boiled water
Lunch
2 teaspoons lean meat, chicken or fish, or meat casserole
½ cup steamed or microwaved mixed vegetables (e.g. pumpkin, beans, potato)
Mid-afternoon
½ slice toast, or mini muffin
Drink of boiled water or very diluted fruit juice (1:10)
Dinner
2 tablespoons stewed fruit
1 tablespoon yogurt
