◆劇情介紹：
態度無禮，表情凶惡，跛足拄著一根藤棍，永遠是牛仔褲運動鞋的便裝打扮而不是整潔的白大褂，普林斯頓大學附屬醫院的豪斯醫生外表與好醫生的形象相差甚遠。他甚至竭力避免和病人說話，並認為世人皆不可信，至少病人自己所說的病因都是胡扯。

雖然豪斯幾乎是個憤世嫉俗的反社會論者，他非傳統的思維方式和精準無瑕的職業直覺令他贏得了病人和同僚的一致尊敬。作為一位內科醫師，豪斯對解決醫學疑難並挽救生命有著無人可及的熱情。為了解決某些神秘的病例，豪斯甚至會帶著同事侵入病人的住處，以破案的方式去探尋真正的病因。豪斯會使用各種有爭議或者高風險的方式去治療病人，他的方法也許令人驚疑，但結果從不令人失望。

豪斯的身邊有一群年輕出色的醫療專家來幫助他一同診斷各種神秘的病例。神經科醫師Foreman沉穩老練，最有潛力和豪斯分庭抗禮；家境富裕的Chase 是一個俊俏的重症監護室醫生。醫術和容貌一樣出色的女醫生Cameron仁慈而善良。Chase和Cameron在第三季中因寂寞而相互慰藉，兩人關係經曆了微妙的變化。

還有豪斯唯一的好友Wilson醫生，這位腫瘤學醫師在很多病例中給了豪斯重要的啟示。看似好好先生的Wilson卻已經三次離婚，情場波折的軟肋常被豪斯當作笑柄，他和豪斯相互間的嘲弄是本片溫馨的亮點。

豪斯還有一個歡喜冤家：院長兼醫院行政主管Cuddy醫生。兩人從未停止過為各種各樣的理由而爭吵，對Cuddy熱辣的身材，豪斯總忍不住要占占嘴上便宜，可關鍵時刻，Cuddy還是願意為豪斯挺身而出。

讓人又愛又恨的豪斯醫生在第三季中跌跌撞撞跨過一道道坎，人際危機，醫學難題，倫理衝突，腿疾困擾紛至遝來。也許藝術，友情，愛情是支持豪斯大叔的力量，讓他不至於一蹶不振。但豪斯生命中更大的動力，還是在於鑽研怪疾和人性，想人之未曾想，洞察莫測的病情和人心。是這讓豪斯孜孜不倦，也讓數以千萬計的觀眾成癮。

豪斯的助手小鴨子三人組隊三年，一路受盡豪斯冷嘲熱諷，體力和精神上的雙重折磨，居然堅持至今，連豪斯也覺得不可思議。而在第三季尾，這個黃金組合陣腳陡亂，Foreman執意離開普林斯頓大學附屬醫院，想擺脫豪斯對他的影響。挽留Foreman不成，豪斯索性解雇Chase，讓人彈眼落睛。據豪斯稱，三年的時間，Chase能學的都該學到了。Chase失去工作，不想卻贏得美人。Cameron不滿豪斯無理取鬧，也提出辭呈。Chase的耐心等候，終於換來Cameron的真心擁抱。雖說改變才是永恒的主題，可是感情畢竟不像舊吉他，說放就能放得下。
