How To Install NeoImage

NeoImage(光影魔術手）Downdown Site：

You should get three zip files:
1. NeoImage installation package;
2. Frame package;
3. Online Help package.

Before you install NeoImage, if you use an English MS Windows, you must enable your OS to read Chinese 'internal codes' first.

The instructions below is for XP, while Win2K's setting should be similiar.

Open "Control Panel" -> "Regional and Language Options" to get the pop-up configuration window:

1.Reginal Options tag-> Standards and formats -> Check "Chinese (PRC)"

2.Languages Tag -> Text services and input languages -> Details -> Advanced Tag -> Check "Compatibility Configuration"

3.Advanced Tag -> Language for non-Unicode programs -> Check "Chinese(PRC)"

Click on "Apply" and close the setting window, restart your computer.

After the reboot, you should be able to read the Chinese Characters in the NeoImage's installation menu. Everything will be straightforward from this point.
