1.Paper Examination( about 1 hrs )
Mainly on basic knowledge questions, almost you can find all on Internet by google

2.Technical viewer (almost PM or Leader, 1 -- 2 hrs )
Two kind of questions:
1) TECHNICAL : Questions FROM resume
2) BEHAVIORAL: Why Leave ? Join ?

Occasionally speaking English.

3.HR Director ( 1 hrs )
1) . Initiative
2) English Testing

4.BIG BOSS ( 1 hrs )
Almost you are offered.

Small Company : maybe only boss or/and leader.

幾點體驗
1。簡曆一定要真實，否則問題關就很難過
2。要自信，要注意禮貌細節
3。最好事先把網上的FAQ JAVA , C++, J2EE 等題目做一邊
4。強調 興趣和公司相關， 能給公司帶來的好處
