【說稅】加州國，小業主的稅務天堂

加州國，位於美國西海岸，風景秀麗，氣候溫暖，是個地傑人靈的好地方。美國人，墨國人，中國人大家蜂擁前往，是全國人口密度最高的地方。占著這塊好地方的加州政府，理所當然地提高稅收，一個願打一個願挨嘛，10萬以上收入的marginal州稅在聯邦稅上再加9.3%，哎喲！

可是如果你是個小業主（small business owner)，你的business income 全免州稅，你的 depreciatible business expense 第一年可以報損50萬！真是名符其實的天堂。

Can you give specifics about the hostile tax environment for small business in CA? The tax benefit for small business in CA I listed above is true and stated in the tax code. Washington State is good without individual income tax, but I don't know if it's as good to small businesses.

You must be out of your mind. CA has the worst tax for small business owners and residents, there is no state tax in Washington state.

No wonder there are so many small businesses change hands every other year. California is broke, its politicians are broker, and its tax code is brokest!
