Now this bankruptcy in and of itself would not divert our attention for more than a few days.

As smokey has witnessed in his former decades spent living-it-up within the borders of this late great state...

Californiawas the end of the trail for all those who were not impressed byall-points-east. Its golden shores were the final hope of those lookingfor Paradise.

Consequently California has been the leading edge of mankind's quest for Heaven-on-Earth.

Nowit is crammed with these seekers of Heaven-on-Earth who have spoiledCalifornia's natural beauty and replaced it with concrete slabs full ofdepreciating assets.

How much concrete, steel, humanity and debt can you pile on to piece of land before it collapses into the sea?
