One of my friends signed up a service for the terminally-ill kids:
voluntarily switch his 1st-class seat to coach so that a poor kid
can receive one of his/her last pampers on the way to/from medical
treatments.

He did it for more than 5 yrs until he was asked to use his
company's private jets. He has been pushing his company to use extra
seats on any private flight to extend the humanity to those poor kids
during their last days on this material-goods-filled planet.

There are still a few good souls...
