上個星期俺弄了個新武器-Elliott Wave Tool

據說 ProfitSource 能推算出出貨價格和如期。我需要係統測試它幾個星期。

Normally, institution enter the market at Wave 2. Since we have no idea how long they are going to stay, so we just wait. After they close their position, the price will drop a bit (retracement) because the continue buying strength is gone and the public has not rushed in yet.

Here is the key point, we must wait the clear signal that the wave 4 finishes, then we can start entering the market. Be aware of that the retracement ranges from 24% to 62%, if you enter the market too early, you won't make as much.

我列一下4波和5波進場規則(for upward trend):

Entry Rules: Elliott Wave 4 Trade (CALL)

1.Oscillator Pullback to Zero. The oscillator is the most important indicator since it uncovers institutional activity and the validity of the waves. Pullbacks from 90% to 40% are acceptable.

2.Wave 4 Retracement of 24-62%. Wave 4 should pullback at least 24% but no further than 62% of the length of Wave 3.

3.Break of the Elliott Breakout trigger(EBOT).

Entry Rules: Elliott Wave 5 Trade (PUT)

1.Prior Wave 4 Conditions Met. The likelihood of a successful EW5 trade increases when prior Wave 4 trade conditions have been met

2.Oscillator Divergence. The strength of the Wave 5 oscillator should be noticeably weaker than the Wave 3 oscillator. Divergence between price action and oscillator movement signals the end of a trend.

3.Break of the Elliott Breakout trigger(EBOT). The stock price must break above the EBOT signaling an entry.
