劇情介紹：
    2007大型戰爭曆史劇。南京大屠殺70周年巨製，金陵奇女子抗日烈火下的巾幗風采。
　　1937年日本帝國主義製造了駭人聽聞的——南京大屠殺，西門飄雪等五個家破人亡的年輕女孩從血泊中站立起來，自發組織成金陵女神，向日本侵略軍討還血債，並在華生偵探社羅蒙（劉之冰飾）的暗中幫助之下，屢屢得手，攪的日軍人心慌慌、雞犬不寧……

　　國民黨特派員何路陽（王海地飾）千方百計接近她們，下決心欲將她們收為己用。此時她們的抵抗行動很快被日軍發覺，深陷囹圄……日軍準備殺一儆百，斬草除根，撲滅抗日烈焰。值此命懸一線之際，幸得紀洪濤（何政軍飾）領導的江東抗日遊擊隊及時營救，脫離險境。隨後，她們參加了中國共產黨所領導的抗日遊擊隊伍，並在黨的教育下，在紀隊長的帶領指揮下，她們從普通的民間少女成長為抗日先鋒戰士。此時日軍在陳明將軍（尤勇飾）率領下在武漢戰線受到強烈抵抗，而陳夫人（茹萍飾）在金陵附近執行任務時候被捕，日軍以此要挾陳明……見證南京大屠殺的電影膠片陰差陽錯落到了斧頭幫幫主鄭雲龍（劉金山飾）手裏……

　　在完成黨組織交予的“智斬殺人魔王”、“勇救陳夫人”、“三運電影膠片”、“運藥根據地”、“浴血軍火庫”等一係列大戰鬥任務中，她們用鮮血和生命書寫了驚天地，泣鬼神的豪情，悲誌，最後紛紛壯烈殉國……滴血般的玫瑰，綻放著女性的巾幗風采。
