時尚之都-神戶
作為日本首個被冠以“時尚之都”稱號的城市，神戶一直以來都是時尚雜誌的寵兒。依山傍水的秀麗環境下，古典與新潮建築演繹出一曲和諧樂章。正是這種得天獨厚的人文環境，孕育了神戶特有的時尚風格。而作為港口城市，神戶自然而然成了各種流行元素交匯的樞紐。這使得神戶的時尚氣息更加濃鬱，也更多元化。服裝、飲食、手工製品……整座城市的脈搏傳遞著“神戶風尚”的節拍。

「神戶時尚潮流盛宴」源於日本，以向全世界傳播具有獨特文化及富於時尚性的“神戶品牌”為目標。會展雲集了眾多服裝製造商、精選店、設計師、以及受神戶女性喜愛的國內外品牌。自2002年秋季初次公演以來，一直深受好評。截止去年，參演陣容更是多達30個知名品牌。
與當今眾多的時裝秀不同，「神戶時尚潮流盛宴」並非以時尚界的業內人士作為展示對象，而是麵向一般大眾的流行時裝秀。為了突出娛樂性，組織方不僅在傳統時裝秀上不遺餘力，更努力開拓全新領域，引入時尚雜誌、電視、手機和網絡等多元化媒體，成為名副其實的時尚盛典。
