路易·威登：設計貴族階層奢侈符號(組圖)

如果你成功了，賺到很多錢，你會開什麽車？你會戴什麽表？你會穿什麽西裝？你會用什麽筆？你會用什麽樣的包呢？

不少人會回答說：“開奔馳、戴Rolex，穿Zegna，用Montblanc寫字，背LV的包包。”

品牌專家李偉認為，經過數十年、上百年的耕耘，這些品牌已經為消費者所知曉和認可。當它們已成為特定社會階層的符號時，對於擁有者來說，擁有這些品牌已經具備了明確的意義。它們主導了奢侈品牌的流向。

能夠把自己的品牌做成奢侈品的代名詞，路易·威登(LV)從法國宮廷的禦用製箱包的製作者，到工業革命時期被資產階級新貴們追捧的身份標誌，再到現代LV的奢侈帝國的建立，整整經曆了153年的曆史。

獨特的工藝與設計傳統

“LV能在全球的消費者心目中建立一定的地位，是因為LV具有悠久的曆史傳統，以及先進的工藝、設計和技術，我想這一點是得到所有消費者認同的。”路易·威登全球總經理Serge Brunschwig表示。

1837年，出生於法國木匠家庭的路易·威登來到巴黎謀生。幾年的行李箱作坊學徒生涯之後，路易·威登憑借出色的手藝為拿破侖三世皇後做行李箱，並得到皇後的信任。

路易·威登在宮廷服務期間，製作行李箱的技術和品位得到很大提升，為日後高檔旅行箱提供了“技術保證”。同時，這段經曆也使後來的LV品牌身價倍增。

1854年，路易·威登結束了在皇宮中的工作，在巴黎創建了首間皮具店，主要生產平蓋行李箱，LV品牌正式創立。憑借為烏婕尼皇後服務的經驗，路易·威登創造了經典的“Trianongrey”帆布行李箱，它的麵世在巴黎的上層社會引起了轟動，很快就成為了巴黎貴族出行的首選行李箱。“Trianongrey”帆布行李箱的圖案在今天仍是LV箱包設計的經典元素。

LV不僅滿足了資產階級新貴使用宮廷物品的企望，它還為自己的消費者提供了特別服務——訂製。根據消費者的個人需求而設計，並且，每年隻有數十件且價格昂貴的訂製產品滿足了目標消費者來彰顯其新貴族身份的心理需求。

LV逐步樹立起精致、典雅、尊貴的品牌形象。1896年喬治·威登設計了膾炙人口的Monogram圖案組合： 在四片花瓣外畫上圓圈、內有反白星形的菱形、星形以及LV字樣，借此表達他對父親路易·威登的敬意。

1997年，年僅34歲的紐約設計師Marc Jacobs加盟LV，出任集團設計總監。Marc Jacobs開創的時裝係列，為LV品牌注入了新的活力。

Marc Jacobs提出“從零開始”的極簡哲學，依據LV古典氣質，將傳統字母組合圖案印壓在糖果色漆皮皮具上，配以簡約的服裝係列，令LV的形象增添了幾分活潑，趨向時尚，得到全球時裝界的認可，這種充滿智慧的創新使LV走進了又一個鼎盛時期。

不僅如此，2003年，Marc Jacobs與日本新藝術家村上隆攜手的作品，其清新可愛的大頭娃娃與色彩豔麗的花花圖案，大膽地挑戰LV經典的Monogram圖案，而讓“幼稚的誘惑力”一時風靡全球。

設計創新能力不斷湧現，讓路易·威登多年來一直類頂級奢侈品市場上出盡風采，這個混合著古老的沉穩和年輕力量的奢侈品品牌，成功的讓LV成為了奢侈品的代名詞。

打造品牌“DNA”

LV創造了自己的品牌傳奇。

“我想任何一個品牌的建立都需要時間的累積，以路易·威登來說，從開始到現在已經經曆了150多年，而正是這150多年的曆史傳統，令LV具有了牢固的品牌知名度。”Serge Brunschwig認為。

第一，LV高度尊重和珍視自己的曆史。品牌不僅以其創始人路易·威登的名字命名，還一直繼承了他追求品質、精益求精的態度。

第二，LV的第二代傳人喬治·威登則開始為品牌添加國際視野和觸覺。

第三，第三代傳人卡斯頓·威登，則又為品牌帶來了熱愛藝術、注重創意和創新的特色。

今天，已有六代路易·威登家族的後人在為品牌工作，LV有56000名員工在全球不同的崗位上工作著，其中64%來自於總部法國以外的國家。每一位為LV工作的設計師和員工都必須了解路易·威登的曆史，這樣做的原因，是讓所有與LV相關的人員都對LV特有的“DNA”有所了解。

LV另一個成功方法，是力求為尊貴顧客營造一種“家庭”的感覺。他們為這些高端客戶提供永久的保養維修服務，細致到一般人無法想象的地步，這些產品甚至可以由媽媽傳給自己的女兒用。事實上，這對品牌的營造具有非凡的意義，而很多從事品牌工作的人卻忽略了。

LV昂貴的內在結構

LV幾乎每年調漲，非皮革包也可賣到數萬元。其推出的帆布包也有二萬元以上的身價，LV貴從何來？

奢侈品，價格越高就越奢侈嗎？LVMH亞太區人力資源發展經理Vanessa Ribes女士說：“價格高並不意味著就是奢侈品。奢侈品的背後是一個體係的支撐，是由幾十年或上百年的文化傳承而來。”

LV秘訣在於不脫線、不變形的嚴格品管。據報道，LV巴黎總店地下室設有測驗室，裝滿3公斤多重物的皮包被機械手臂反複舉起丟下達4天之久，就為測試皮包的耐用度，甚至有專負責拉鏈開合的測試機，拉開關閉次數也達5000次之多。

LV的Monogram係列有影響力的除圖紋logo之外，它的漆料也很特別，據說是那層染深帆布的漆料，擁有獨家專利，即使是LV的公關人員也無法詳細說明這種漆料。LV指出這種漆料隻有總廠才有其原料與技術。

對於皮革，LV皮則采北歐牛皮，因自然環境之故，較少有蚊蟲叮咬的疤痕，再加上品管把關，即使同樣的皮革廠，LV會用頂級皮革，嚴謹作工造就了經典品牌。

傳達品牌曆史氣息，LV推出的Trianon帆布係列，則以1858年工坊推出的首隻行李箱為雛型，當年沿著四麵皮箱打上木條與鉚釘，Trianon便在單純幹淨的帆布原色袋身，以皮革沿袋緣滾邊、或做出切割拚接，因應休息日和短期公差需求，Sac de Nuit、Neverfull Bag和Poids Plume三款包，各自推出大中小尺寸的包包。

LV旗艦店

突出藝術因素，在LV巴黎旗艦店的漫步長廊，人們會發現美國藝術家JAMES的燈飾雕塑，以及丹麥概念藝術家OLAFUR專門為LV設計的作品。你完全可以把LV旗艦店視為藝術館。LV正是在追求這樣的效果，LV的這個店麵每天會吸引3000多人前來參觀。正因如此，LV的包，差不多可以滿足每一個消費者的奢華體驗。
