無論是清華環境係校友的身份還是《南方周末》記者的名義，我都有足夠的情感和理性在今天
繼續關注朱令
“鉈中毒”事件。這一事件十年前就引起軒然大波，十年後仍未定案，不僅朱
令同學本人深受其害，她的家人也一直處於孤獨的痛苦當中，而且也給那些關心過朱令幫助過
朱令的朋友們留下了諸多不解和疑團。
我努力去找過化學係的老師和物化2班的同學。但是我還不敢驚動大部分人。包括一些退休的
老師.我了解的情況是:大家已經很盡力。而當時一些媒體的不當報道,卻可能傷害了大家的感
情。大家一方麵同情朱令，一方麵又想保護同學.作為清華的學生，我不相信我的同學是冷漠
的，相反，我認為這裏麵，肯定存在著一些相互的誤解和微妙的抵觸.而這些究竟是什麽?什麽
造成了這種不信任?是不是怕傷害到了無辜?我也看到了有些同學，為孫維辯護.我完全理解:因
為我們不會傻到先定一個人有罪,再去尋找他的過失.這是無論如何一個有智商的人，都不會這
麽做的。因為要公正,我相信你們也是這麽想的。
昨天我甚至見到了和朱令一起演出的藝術團的一個校園歌手.也許大家都知道他。他現在已經
幾乎很成名了，躊躇滿誌,要回清華開咖啡館,在北院.當時我心裏很難過，我聽到一個98級化
學係的孩子說，年年提這個事情，年年沒有結果.我聽了更是傷感。
我去拜訪過朱令父母。他們還在不停信訪.朱母曾經因去年摔倒而開了腦顱.她感到自己老了，
家裏也沒有其他人了。沒有人可以照顧朱令.她想的是,怎麽辦?如果她去了，她說,就讓朱令也
和我一起去吧.
我當時,真是無話可說了。
他們並沒有努力申訴自己的冤屈,我感到的不是他們的委屈和仇恨，而是對生命的尊重.是一種
意誌力.活下去的意誌.那時候,我甚至不敢問:你們恨不恨凶手.我不敢問。
而我做這個事情，隻是希望。還能夠從媒體角度,促使公安部門追查嫌疑人,讓大家都有一個清
白的說法.
我和一個關注這個事情的朋友聊天，她說:“舊事重提，肯定會傷害到一些人的感情。可我認
為，麵對承受了人生的殘忍和不公的朱令，麵對承受了這麽大痛苦的朱家父母，作為健康、自
由、相對幸福生活著的人，如果隻是因為怕傷害到自己和周圍人的感情或者影響自己和周圍人
的生活而永遠選擇沉默，使真相在時光中消逝，那麽，未免太不公平。因為真相雖然是痛苦可
能甚至會觸目驚心，但真相還是很重要的。因為我一直堅持，社會的正義和良心比個人平靜溫
暖的內心舒適似乎更為重要。”
我希望通過自己實實在在的努力為她做些什麽。作為《南方周末》的一名職業記者，我深知，
雖然媒體是本著維護正義，保護弱者的立場進行追蹤和關注，但我們並不能幹預辦案或是有罪
推論，我們能夠做的和最終力圖做到的，隻是拋開外界紛雜不一的說法，如實記錄朱令的同學
、家人，也就是所有了解她關心她願意幫幫她的朋友們真實的聲音。
我承認，我是一個多事者,
雖然我也曾在清華園度過了九年光陰.實際上我根本不必要關心
社會新聞，我的誌向不在這裏。但是等我見到朱的父母時,我就知道我必須追問下去,即便是沒
有結果，即便是…因為沒有做好而丟失了一個記者應有的職業口碑.我很希望自己能給朱令的
父母一些實際的幫助，也希望你們不要有太多的顧慮,信任我支持我。謀事在人，成事在天。
我相信蒼天在上,我失敗一次，以後還會有人追問的。但我依然相信你們，我的同學們,我相信
天下人的心是善良的，我也相信,我能夠公正地呈現這個當年的事實.

所以，我能做的事情，不是追查，沒有公安的證據我是不會定罪的，我隻想呈現一個事實，大
家在一種悲憤和沉鬱之下，我們能夠做的微薄之力,就是,即便是不知情,也要說出不知情,也要
說出:我們需要知情.

Dear everyone!
I'm soooooo moved by all of you! Of cause you all are
my BEST friends, lifetime friends (although I removed
the "best" friends statement in the doc that I'm
currently modifying, changed to "good" -- it might
bring negative effect if people want to make story out
of it)!
I can't express with words but I have to admit that
when I read the mail from all of you, I can't control
my tears, even now. What a strange creature human
being is -- when people are beating, hurting,
humiliating you, you are strong and never show sorrow,
but when you friends are comming with warm heart and
words, you, on the contrary, start to cry.
Anyway, no matter what happens, I always repeat to
myself, that I am not the poorest person in world and
I will never be knocked down. There are too many
examples that people sufferied much much more that I
do. So what I'm now experiencing is nothing. For
example, Zhu Ling's family is more poorer, and they
sufferred much much more. Of cause I don't like their
way of doing things but it's also understandable to
some extent.
I'm still making modifications based on some early
comment. If I can finish it by tonight, I will send
you to review again.
Anyway, let's see... Hope it doesn't cause you too
much trouble :(

1。“...朱令也是校社團的積極分子。社團和團委的骨幹成員有單獨的宿舍樓，不分院係、年級，既沒有熄燈和用電限製也不鎖樓門，是大家聚會、活動的中心。朱令經常回宿舍很晚。她第一次中毒後返校期間仍然每天中午去社團或團委煎藥，據她自己說也有時是別人提前幫她煎好了的。”這一段如果寫得再圓滑一點就好了，象加個“舉個例子來說”，“比如說”這樣的詞句。如果我是不知情的人，很可能會覺得你在暗示這個情況和中毒有密切關係，如果不是你的本意的話，可能會有一些反麵作用。看你的考慮。
2。你爺爺那一段，我覺得挺好的。不過能不能稍微表達一下你爺爺出身貧寒，自己奮鬥成材的意思，反正就是別讓人覺得你們家是那種大的“世家”，有很多人罩著的那種。
3。“前不久的ｘｘｘ殺妻案為什麽會被判刑？就是因為“死者”家屬有懷疑，而且又找到了一具女屍，看似證據確鑿，而ｘｘｘ又拿不出證據證明自己無罪。其實這也是許多未破案件時一些被懷疑人遇到的共同問題。”看到這一段我是想到了你說的應該是"Simpson"的案子，但我的印象不深，google以後才了解了詳情和最後判決，但其他人會不會也能立刻想到？不過也許國內新聞曾廣泛報道過？另外，我google後的感覺是這個案子實在太複雜了，所以好多人好像還是對Simpson到底殺妻沒有心存疑慮。再讓你家裏人幫你參謀參謀，別起到了反作用。
我覺得你寫得挺好的，這些意見都是我盡量站在不知情人的角度上吹毛求疵的結果:)。我和其他小豬的擔心一樣，寫得再好，也會有人故意或不故意地曲解。而且這兩天我在想，如果是朱家刻意地散布這些謠言，可能就是為了把你逼出來，現在也算達到了目的了,sigh。不過也沒法再躲了。但你一定要做好心理準備，要我們幫忙的盡管說，另外怎麽發表，從什麽渠道，多少網站開始，還有對可能發生情況的應對（來自朱家，公安什麽的），也要做好準備。雖然我知道你家裏人和xxx肯定已經幫你想到了，還是忍不住多個嘴:P.

- (no name)類似的受害者和當事人June 07 6:49 PMdesperate girls 說得很對！對女生間的分析真是入骨三分。通篇看不到為栽到自己頭上的冤屈而產生的常人應有的不忿和怒喊，倒是大幅大幅極有條理極其冷靜甚至冷酷的攻守同盟的辯護。我想，當年朱令倒下去必令她們心照不宣的偷笑不已，彈冠相慶。這種心照不宣的同盟促成以及加固了她們這麽多年來的“深厚”友誼。想必她們同學聚會時無人會提及朱令的名字，就好像那四年在她們身邊這個人沒有存在過，大家心知肚明這是一個巨大的陷阱，眾人的顏麵由此維係，一群高智商的人誰都不會在眾目睽睽之下趟這趟混水。不要吃驚為什麽會這樣，也不要問為什麽會這樣？人是很奇怪的動物，尤其是中國人，文革赤裸裸的撕開人性的陰暗麵，撩開這群30多歲的老“girls”熱火朝天的革命友誼，我們看到了些什麽？
- (no name)desperate girlsJune 07 9:37 AM終於看完了，總體來說沒有什麽可疑，排除了集體作案的可能，但是肯定有一個人已經懷疑了，要不也不會把他們的發聲明計劃貼在網上，個人認為是高菲，因為她一直沒有參與後來的討論。比較驚訝的是不管這幾個女人怎麽討論，都從來沒有關心過朱令的病情，回國也沒有提過去看她，看來他們當年和朱令的關係並不好。作為在8個人的女生宿舍住過的人，我深有體會的，當時我們宿舍有一個人極其討厭，不過如果用一個局外人的眼光來看她也是優秀，多才多藝的，我並不是說朱令也像她一樣討厭，但是我不止一次的想像如果是我的那個同學出了事，也許我們並不會多關心是誰做的，不是說肯定或者不肯定是我們其他室友中的一個做的，而是根本不會去關心，因為被害的人是如此討厭，我們根本不會想知道是誰，重要的是結果。我想和朱令的矛盾是造成他們今天漠不關心的原因，並不一定因為是他們合謀的。如果換了當年是孫維，金亞，或者李含琳，可能形勢就不一樣了。不過不管怎樣，殺人是一定不對的，不是因為你跟別人有矛盾就可以殺人並且逍遙法外的。看來孫維隱瞞了很多。
