annual review

 My boss has talked with me about my last year review twice. I was told that I would be happy with my annual review and salary increasing. I actually do not like to be promoted. the higher your level is, the more you are responsible for. I do not have a choice, do I? If I like to get higher pay, the only way to get it is to be promoted.
