cmed: no opinion, just info

I was not positive on CMED when it was on IPO. I did not understand why CMED could get to 40s. I was wrong, so I have no opinion about CMED. Just present some old info about this co when I need to clean some old paper.

I do not understand ECLIA well, however, do not believe HIFY is a great for cancer treatment. But looks from the info I can get, it seems CMED is doing OK. Confused so will forget it.
