Jumbo Rates should be stable soon

Some big lenders are planning to have portofolio
Jumbo loans. They will keep those loans instead
of selling them. So the rate should be better in
the next a few weeks(compared to the rates for
loans selling to investors).

I know they will start Jumbo ARM first. Don't
know whether they will have lower Jumbo 30 yr
fixed or not.
