第一次知道Selena是從一個Mexico朋友George那. 他總是在聽Selena的歌. 當他告訴我"She was killed!!!"時, 那憂傷的眼神讓我也從此愛上了這位傳奇的拉丁女歌手.
Selena是在美國德州生長的墨西哥裔的年輕女子。1995年3月31日下午13：30分，一代拉丁女巨星慘死於她國際歌迷會會長的槍下，當時年僅23歲。Selena的生命是短暫的，可她在音樂上取得的成功卻是令人不可思議：6首單曲及三張專輯名列美國榜榜首，並獲金唱片、白唱片獎，她的唱片總銷量已達400萬張。
碰巧的是, 那年不久後有一次, George開車不小心追尾, 我坐副駕駛位, 安全氣囊開了, 我沒事, 但有眼前一黑的感覺... 當時就想 "我靠, 原來要真走, 竟也如此容易... ", 幾天前在快遞裏又看見聖牛兄分享他的震撼: 在辦公室聊的好好的同事, 一小時後就心髒病發作, 不幸地離開了. 深有同感!
聽Selena的歌, 總能喚起一種對生命存在的感恩. 人生的大道理有很多, 每天都想去把它搞清楚也太累了... 不如Enjoy what we have!!! 友情, 愛情, 親情, 音樂... Whatever could make you happy!!! 不是珍惜生命中的每一天, 而是每一刻...
