Dollar GOLD and OIL

The dollar's weakness bring some pain on the economy and market. As the dollar goes lower (even now stablized at a lower level), it causes commodities to rise, (like oil prices, building materials, precious metal etc.) The problem of this is:it is sign of inflation and could cause the Fed to make a pre-emptive strike by raising rates, this will at least cause some investors to worry about. Other unforseen factors including the trouble war and competition from asia, My feeling is: mid term seems that improved earnings suggest a carry through of strong market in 2007, However, the short term could be dangerous.
