I bought this Cole Haan bag, (sorry, cannot read and type Chin

I bought this Cole Haan from Filene's basement. $295-> $40. How do you like the style? The color is off white as shown in the 2nd picture. There are two small stains on it and one of them was caused by ball pen, is it possible to remove these stains? Thanks
