個人感想：
一直對無線的舊劇集都很有興趣，總覺得新不如舊，又可重溫當年香港的麵貌。近期苗僑偉又在香港的電視圈活躍起來，所以便想重溫二十多年前他跟戚美珍的訂情之作。可是這片子卻令人十分失望，故事情節有頭無尾，人物空洞膚淺，連秦沛和馮淬帆這兩個好演員也浪費了。原來此片監製為當年有名的招振強，作品有新紮師兄係列，但此片質素卻如此低劣，莫非粗製濫造是無線一貫的傳統。還是重溫甘國亮係列罷了！

內容簡介：
意外橫死的黃秋發(苗僑偉)，死後誤闖地獄。為了還陽，發答應替魔鬼(馮淬帆)收買靈魂，並寄身於富商商振宇(苗僑偉分飾)身上。發初接觸上流社會，盡享榮華富貴，不禁大喜。化身為宇的發對摯友林天光(廖啟智)照顧有加，光大惑不解，後兩人終相認。其後，發邂逅張樂雯(戚美珍)，展開熱烈追求。另一方麵，發與宇之管家清姐(羅蘭)、雯之弟弟國之及表妹繆詠心亦建立了深厚感情，發覺生命中最重要的不是金錢，而是人與人之間的珍貴感情。就在此時，魔鬼苦苦相逼，要脅發盡快收買清姐、國之及詠心的靈魂，否則將他打回原形。發於心不忍，遂跟魔鬼下賭注......
