【劇情介紹】：
方信哲（吳啟華）本於投資公司工作，少年得誌，甚得公司器重。不料，一次投資失當，頓遭投閒置散。哲決自立門戶，幹一番事業，為籌備資金，哲把其父於大澳的地皮出售，更與好友昌（阮兆祥）親往大澳視察環境，因而認識了鄉委會主席根（元華）及其三個女兒開心（陳鬆伶）、歡喜（陳妙瑛）及快樂（林芷筠）。
原來根祖傳的蝦膏廠正佔用了哲父的地皮，但哲卻苦無證據證明地皮乃其父所有，隻好隱藏身份暫居大澳，靜待唯一知道真相的忠伯回來。期間，哲與開心更由友情發展成情侶而昌亦與歡喜展開一段微妙的感情…
