今天第一次瀏覽LandAuction的地，發現這個我知道的

因為是在舊金山拍賣，文件還沒有還沒看完，看到這個：

在BROOKTRAILS這一帶，都是山，一般地皮至少是四分之一英畝（10000square feet）以上，才賣一萬美元上下，有的半英畝也就6000美元而已。這個拍賣的地皮，不算大，可以說是我看到過的最小的。還有一個也在我知道的地方，可見去拍賣的地皮有的實在是不值錢。

補充：後來又看到好多在BROOKTRAILS的地皮在拍賣，沒準兒拍賣下來的價錢比正常List的價還高：）

這些地方交通不是很方便，適合隱居。
