一般來講,不成文的規定是,隻要你不上傳與眾多人分享有版權的數據資料(比如電影視頻文件),被抓的概率很小。但如果被抓了,“沒與眾多人分享”並不是可以開脫的合法辯護。因此,大家對從網上下載電影都小心翼翼的。
不過我發現一個有趣的現象,隻要一說是在線看,大家立刻就感覺安全了許多。我猜測大家的想法是,我沒存盤,不關我事。
但從抓的人的角度來看,是不是都有數據下載到某一個IP地址了?他們是否看得出你是存盤了還是沒存?存盤了還是沒存盤,區別真那麽大嗎?哪位大拿給掃掃盲?
