【劇情簡介】
洶湧江湖，江楓和移花宮的婢女花月奴，動情私奔，就在花月奴誕下雙胞胎之際，單戀江楓的邀月宮主找到他們，殺了二人，搶走一個嬰兒（花無缺）。身中巨毒的燕南天，抱著另一個孩子（小魚兒）被追殺到惡魔島，昏死過去。
歲月如歌，十八年後，在移花宮長大的花無缺，俊朗不凡，武功超群，對兩位宮主唯令是從；而在惡魔島十大惡人庇護下成人的小魚兒，“青出於藍，勝於藍“，精靈機智、魔高其師。
武林盟主鐵如雲突然失蹤，江別鶴在黃山召開盟主選舉武林大會。小魚兒為了身世之謎，“殺”出惡魔島；花無缺奉師命，上山清理武林門派；鐵如雲之女心蘭追蹤父親的下落也來到黃山，三人不期而遇，相見恨晚，心蘭與中了“斷愛絕情丹”的花無缺一見鍾情。而小魚兒為救中了邀月宮主“碎心掌”的心蘭，獨身混入慕容府偷取“火靈芝”，邂逅了慕容愛女小仙女。
東廠頭目劉歧害死鐵如雲，東窗事發後，便栽贓於慕容，並擄走小仙女，利用其靈氣，修煉“吸功大法”。麵對小仙女的慘死，小魚兒悲痛欲絕，誤闖毒王群英會，性命難保。鬼醫之女蘇攖挺身救出小魚兒，並以身相許……
當了皇妃的江玉燕（江別鶴私生女），仍無法忘情無缺，因愛生恨、嫉妒心起與父親合謀，鏟除所有異己，殺掉燕南天與心蘭，轉嫁於無缺和小魚兒。花無缺與小魚兒兩兄弟從此茫茫江湖，生死相搏……
