幾個關於購房貸款合同中的問題,請高手指點,急等!!!

1. payment : if you pay off your loan early,you
1) will not have to pay a penalty.
2) will not be entitled to a refund of part of the finance Charge
Finance Charge: the dollar amount the credit will cost you assuming the annual percentage rate does not change.

那麽:
如果我每月比minimum 多付點貸款,是不是我可以在最後減少總的 Finance Charge,但第二句話是社麽意思?難道是指我即使提前多付每月的payment,我還是不能得到Finance Charge的相應減免,隻能是沒有penalty而已?或者是其他意思?

最後關於 Finance Charge 的說明又是社麽意思?
