5。 房價穩定，昨天(9/5)的最新數據顯示The year-over-year price gain was 10.06 percent! Growth of price of a single family home was 1.17 percent in the second quarter! so the housing market is healthy! The scary prediction of housing market crash will not come to true any time soon. The bubble(if there is any) will keep inflating.

今天的工資成本增加，不見得是什麽壞消息，對消費力是壞消息？難到不漲工資是好事？
