剛剛接到全美華人文化教育基金會（ACCEF）的義工從震區前方發來的的告急信息。震區各急救中心、戰地醫院需要一些急救物質、設備和醫用器械，這些物質和設備包括：
四川大學附屬華西醫院（原來的附一院，成都最大的醫院，後方收治災民最多）：

ACCEF成立於2004年，是美國聯邦政府核準的、享受全免稅的501（c）3非盈利的慈善組織。ACCEF的免稅號碼是：51-0514302。
ACCEF在社會各界的支持下，幾年來先後在中國廣西和四川新建了13所學校，讚助了300人次的貧困學生，並有一支合作默契的義工隊伍。ACCEF會在最快的時間內將捐款送往災區，保證捐款和公司的等同認捐 (Match Fund)100%用於救災和重建。
第一批價值1萬美金的10噸急救物資（大米，嬰幼兒奶粉，蔬菜，水果，消毒濕巾，大眾及婦女衛生用品等），在四位ACCEF義工的護送下，於當地時間5月22日，在地震重災區都江堰，一部分由ACCEF和當地的義工分發給當地災民，另一部分由廣受讚譽的解放軍某部鐵軍的戰士們，轉運往更偏遠的重災區映秀和青川兩地。在災民多日靠方便麵度日之後，新鮮的蔬菜，水果大受歡迎。大米，嬰幼兒奶粉，消毒濕巾，大眾及婦女衛生等用品也大解燃眉之急。此項義舉受到廣大災民和部隊官兵的高度讚賞，都說ACCEF及其義工想得周到。詳細報道請看http://blog.sina.com.cn/williampandeng

I was told, there is a lot of redundancy for certain type of supplies. There are a lot of donation in the bank but not enough useful or urgent needed supplies and equipments on site. This is a list collected from earthquake frontier. Hopefully it is helpful for the oversea donations to be used significantly, specifically, and efficiently for the earthquake relief.
ACCEF decided to committee at least $10K for purchasing some of these items and deliver them to the needed hospitals and tent clinics. The next purchase will be followed if the first delivery is successfully conducted. Some items are too expensive based on the donation ACCEF received ($150K, significant parts will go China Red Cross and school building based on the donor’s designation).
