I gained a lot of weight 2 weeks ago, and the doctor is a little worried (about my blood sugar). Now I am more careful about my diet. I have gained about 8 lb since the beginning, (lost 2 lb first and gained 10 lb). I need to do exercise. I look fat. :( What exercise do you do?
