今天的早飯:香菜麵衣餅,香蕉酸奶飲料

小時候,外婆總會攤麵衣餅給我吃,有時早上,有時下午放學後,有時吃甜的,有時吃鹹的。現在自己做的時候會多多地放蛋和牛奶,那個時候物資緊張,都很少會有機會放蛋,牛奶就更不要說了。但一直覺得外婆攤的好香好香,可能那時用自己熬的豬油的比較多吧。

我想可能是因為南方人不會和麵的關係,就用麵衣餅來代替蔥油餅了。今天這個和外婆攤的可能變化很大,我用麵粉加牛奶,水,蛋,鹽,香菜,一般都會加蔥,我比較喜歡香菜啦,還加了點cheese粉,胡椒粉,調成麵漿。平底鍋加油,一勺一勺地攤成一個個薄薄的蛋餅,其實現在的韓國泡菜餅也是這麽做的,我女兒還都叫它chineses Pancake, 事實上做法也差不多。









前兩天受到朋友的email,講了一大堆香蕉的好處,簡直就是“a banana a day keeps doctor away!" 所以這兩天吃了好多香蕉,早上還做了這個飲料:半個香蕉,一盒酸奶,再加一些牛奶,果汁機打一下就好了。

Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.

Stress:

It is also rich in potassium andis one of the best value foods around. So maybe its time to change thatwell-known phrase so that we say, "A banana a day keeps the doctoraway!"
